Corvette: front fender to replace or not

Need an honest opinion.

I have a 79 with a damaged front fender : damaged where the bumper mounts,
close to the sidemarker light. The is a big chunk out of it just under the
joint between the fender and the top, also the lip where the bumper mounts
on is broken off.

Would this be a repair job or is it better to replace the fender entirely ?
