Ferrari: F1 watch

    F1 watch

I had to mention this, kind of interesting. My last wrist watch, which
was a cheapie Timex Expedition, broke many months ago and probably many
many many months before it was supposed to, so I needed to get a new
one. I was going to go the usual, cheesy. another-Timex Wal-Mart route.
(I'm really hard on watches, so for now no Rolex Daytona or Breitling
B-2.) But then, giving Ebay a chance, I saw this Randy Owens F1 Art
Watch, which I ended up buying for about $13. It was apparently a
giveaway in a Bridgestone promotion several years ago. It's a really
cool watch (here's a link but I'm not sure if it will work), but I kind
of wish it wasn't mostly blue, with a blue F1-car rendition on the face.

    Makes me think of Minardi!

Well, actually, I do and I don't. You can find anything you want there,
usually for less, but everybody I've known that uses it ends up buying
    stuff they don't need!

Wow, there are some obscure ones on there...

They're appealing to some serious niche markets there...

Yup. Just remember, no matter what these people say, it's still not a
good idea to fry bacon naked.
