model has few extra solonoids and emission stuff --- and produces less HP
but this link doesn't mention that. I do know that CA models often have an
air pump that others don't. Check out a Haynes manual and they show extra
pieces - Canada models are slightly different from US federal models too
(but closer to federal than CA model)..
