Toyota Camry: Driver's Side Headlight

Driver's Side Headlight
I need to replace the driver's side headlight in my 1990 camry. The
passenger side is no problem to replace. The problem on the driver's side
is that the back of the bulb is up against the coolant reservoir. Is there
a trick for getting the reservoir out of the way or maybe I'm not removing
the bulb correctly. Any advice is appreciated.

Re: Driver's Side Headlight
The coolant reservoir in my '91 has just enough play that I can gently push
it back far enough to get the base of the bulb out of the housing. After
that, I simply take the bulb out at an angle.

Re: Driver's Side Headlight
I'm having the same problem changing the right directional bulb & haven a
clue about how to get to it without removing the whole front grill. There
has got to be a way. Has anyone advice>

Re: Driver's Side Headlight
Thanks for the tip Joshua, but I've played around with this a couple of
times. My collant res is right against the bulb and behind the res is my
battery. There just isn't the space to work it out. Anyone else with an
idea?

Cancel the request, I finally figured out how to remove the parking lamp
lens. The tab holding the whole assembly in doesn't look like a expanding
rivet & had me fooled for a while.
