Jeep: door removeal for a 94 yj

what's the easiest way to take off the doors ???
the nut comes off but I can not get the door to lift out of the hinge
slots..

Lift from near the pins, not the handle.

I usually put my knee under the door, as close to the inside as I can, and
lift it while moving the door back and forth.
