Toyota: Door adjustment question, 98 Sienna

Hey!

I've been trying to open the driver's side door to address a rattle in
there, but i can't seem to get the panel off entirely. I pulled the
retainers out, pulled the armrest up and got the screws there, got the
screw near the top-inside corner, and the one in the door-pull asembly
(lever area, top middle). However, there seems to be something
holding back the door in the area of the door pull. Is there a trick
to removing the panel beyond this point? I'm 95% there.

Also, i can see the inside is sealed in behind a plastic sheet. It
makes sense to do so, but i've never worked on a car with this. Is
there a trick to openign the area and getting in, anything i should
keep in mind? Looks like a chance to make a nasty mess with it.

Any thoughts are appreciated. Gotta take care of this rattle before
it gets any worse.
