Sort of, the Bavaria was a US-market-only model, a 2500 sedan with the
    engine from the 2800.

    Thanks Bob, we weren't sure......
A bidder asked the queston and so I thought we had better ask the experts! I
presume that the manual would cover most of the important points for a
    Bavaria, or am I wrong?
Out of interest, was there a manual produced by Haynes for the Bavaria when
it was in production? I can't see a mention of one on any of the Haynes
    sites.

    I await with interest!

All the info is still on the TIS/EKT CDs but I know that a book is nice to skip
    through.

TIS/EKT available here ftp://challenger.no-ip.info but make sure you have a
    broadband connection.

Not likely, as this manual would have everything you'd need to know.
Depending upon the year, the "Bavaria" (Importer Max Hoffman's idea -
a BMW sedan usually equipped with popular 'American' options like a/c
and autobox.) was simply a rebadged 2800 or 3.0S. OTOH, if you have a
bidder looking for the real thing (the BMW factory manual), let me
know. I've got one. Both volumes. If the '74 Bavaria now sitting in
my garage ever hits the road again, it'll be a BMW Club racer, so I
    won't be needing the manual.
