    DAB aerial

I've just bought a Sony CDXDAB6650 DAB headunit. It came with an aerial
splitter which works OK but it's not perfect, I'm assuming a dedicated
    DAB aerial will be better.

Any clues as to which one's best? A combined FM/DAB would be nice so I
could just replace the original (MkII Mondeo) but I'll drill another
hole if I have to. I assume all the internal glass mount ones are rubbish?

JVC's HAL2 is probably the best option as it'll do DAB/AM and FM. It
may possibly sit at a bit of an odd angle if you re-use the original
aerial hole though. You could always order one up and see how it sits
    - as long as it's in original condition you can always return it if
    the angle's unacceptable.

That was on my shortlist, mainly 'cos it appeared to be the cheapest one ;-)

OK, smashing. Actually I could always go to Cambridge, do you keep most
    things in stock there?

Yes, but as we just operate on a mail order basis (at least within
this part of the company) we don't have facilities to deal with
    customers in person these days.

Fair enough. I found one locally anyway and it is going to look odd. The
JVC aerial sticks straight up and I'll need to mount it on the front
sloping bit of the roof, it'll look more like a Unicorn.

Anyhoo, I've ordered the Pioneer DAB only aerial. Well I would've done
if somebody had any in stock ;-)

    DAB aerial

Anyone know where to get an internal (i.e. on-glass) DAB aerial for a
    newly acquired secondhand Woodstock DAB52?

Loads of places. They're absolutely shite though, external is the only
    way to go.
