Re: Cup Holders 2000 740i
On my 2002 330xi, I bought coffee mugs that fit the
holders....used to have a ford expedition that had
drink holders that were large enough to hold a scuba
tank....I find gas stations that sell drinks in cups that
have narrow bottoms....thought about buying drink holders
that hang on the door, on the console and figured I
didn't want the hassle....my advice would be to adjust
to your BMW environment and get cups that fit the car.

I tend to agree with them too.
Anything over 8oz should not be called coffee anyway.
But then North America wouldn't know that with all that lovely Starbucks
they are forced to drink.
But I suppose you need SOMETHING to wash down the staple diet of 15
donuts in the morning.....

Figured I'd get some "you shouldn't drink in the car anyway answers." The
point is really height and whether you're drinking a big gulp with extra
caffine or a regular size bottle of water, neither work with the NAV on the
2000 7.
Obviously, one solution is chose what you drink (cans or smaller only). I
was just wondering if anyone found a holder solution.
I am aware that a bottle of jack fits nicely in your girlfriend's lap in the
passenger seat.

Did you check that out when I replied last time you posted?
I've got two of them in my 525. They work.
