Audi: Cruise control on new A3 TDI

Greetings.

I just heard from Audi SA that to add cruise control to my A3 will
cost R8000 and R2400.

8K for the "black box" they "sometimes factory fit" to the car. Not
mine. HUH?!?!?!
2.4k for the stalk switch.

Anybody had it fitted to theirs?
