cracked exhaust manifold
1996 Jeep Cherokee 4cyl(2.5L)
It sounds kind of nice. The model T type sound bouncing off of parked cars
as I go by. I'm sure it's not good for the engine, but I've put up with it
for a couple of years. It passed the CA smog test OK. Do I really need to
fix it?

Thanks. Good advice. I was just wondering if the noise doesn't bother me,
whether it is even necessary.
