3800 is clean as a bell inside. Just plain old Fuchs multigrade, FRAM filter
and STP. 165k no worries at all.
Someone explain why oil must be changed so regularly? Not like its a FUN
job...

On the side of caution, I change the oil in my 2002 Camry every 4,000 Km to
5,000 Km using regular oil and 5,000 KM to 6,000 KM using Mobil 1 5W30. I
figure oil changes is a good way to keep the engine in good shape.
