Jeep: CJ or Wrangler?

    CJ or Wrangler?

I have a 1987 Jeep. There seems to be some confusion amongst the repair
folks whether the thing is a CJ7 or a Wrangler. Seems everytime I buy parts
for a 1987, it is always the wrong part.

Can I tell via the VIN number what it is? Is there another way?

I am trying to locate the correct vacuum / pollution set-up and am trying to
determine what it is before I "locate" the wrong thing.....

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks
    Dale

    Round headlight = CJ
    Rectangular headlight = Wrangler (YJ)

Thank You...my headlights are square, so I am looking for info on a
    wrangler.

Do you happen to know where I could find the vacuum-hose diagram on the web
    for this jeep?

    Thanks for your help.
