Dodge: Change rim size on 1997 dodge grand caravan

Anybody ever change to a larger rim size from the 15" standard for a grand
caravan? I would like to up size as much as possible? also any info on
throttle spacers for the 3.3L V6?

My goal is to increase highway mileage so would even concider modifying
the transmission. Anyone do that?

My 2000 Grand Caravan has 16" rims, so they should work with yours.
