Jeep: Can't start Jeep

I have 1993 Wranger 2.5 liter manual trans.
Tried to start good crank , switched relays around there good. Someone told
me the computer no good. Is there anyway to verify this?

There are initial three tests to do on *any* gasoline engine that
won't start:

1) Do you have compression? Finger in spark plug hole test suffices.

2) Do you have a good strong spark?

3) Do you have fuel delivered to the engine?
