Toyota Camry: Can open doors

I have a 1991 Camry and my sister in law also has a 1991 Camry. The back
doors are so hard to open that the are going to break off. No amount of
grease fixes this problem. I would assume this is a common problem. Does
anybody know the way to fix this.?

Tried it. Didn't work.
