Can Intake Manifold Gaskets Be Reused?

Probably a stupid question, but the old ones 'look' okay to me and new ones
    will have to be ordered.

    NO.
A lot of people do, but you really shouldn't. They've been smushed, heated,
etc. Do you really want to take a chance and have to take everything apart
again when it leaks? You might not notice it leaking, but your emissions
would be off, maybe some noise.

    Hope This Helps,
davidj92Might not cause a problem but if they leak they can/will cause a
lean-burn condition which could cause excess fuel consumption, catalytic
converter deteriorate or possibly burn an valve or piston. My opinion is
    it's not worth the risk.
