Toyota: Camry ABS Help

I have a 2000 Camry with ABS warning light on. After testing with a
friends diagnostic equipment , got 8 codes that refered to low voltage
to all 4 sensors.Could all 4 wheel speed sensors be bad? The ABS still
works when breaks are spiked. Could this be a dirty connector
somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
