    BMW of Fairfax, VA

I've read a lot of messages on this board about poor shop service at
BMW of Fairfax, VA. Most of the messages are older ones. I was
wondering if things have improved there. My new job will make BMW of
Fairfax very convenient to use. Thanks.

My memory of BMW Fairfax goes back about 25 years when my mom was purchasing
an E12 (530i). The car was stolen off the lot and several hundred miles of
joyriding later was recovered. They approached the incident as if it never
happened except as a slight delivery delay. No offer to discount the car,
nada. But after all, car thieves all believe in easy break-in, right?

I had a front bumper replaced there on my 2002 330. $1100 parts and labor.
No problems on workmanship or delivering on time. I priced it at VOB in
    Rockville,
where I bought the car, but Fairfax was cheaper.

A buddy with a 325 later told me that BMW of Sterling is the place for
    service in the future.
