can anybody tell me the difference between a 850Ci and 850 CSi

The 850Ci uses the same v12 found in the 750 which is the 5.4 liter
producing 322hp and 361 ft/lb of torque. The 850CSi has a larger 5.6 liter
v12 that produces 372hp and 402 ft/lb torque. Additionally, I believe that
in the years (94/95?) the 850CSi was produced it was only available with a
manual transmission and the other 8's, 850Ci and 840Ci, were only available
with autos.

Note that an actual M8 was built, but only a single-car prototype. It
had a 6-litre, 550 hp engine that was the direct precursor to the motor
