    buying

I drive my wifes old 316 coupe once in a while to remember what it is like
to drive a car without power steering and ultra firm suspension. Then I get
back into my Volvo 740 which feels like a barge in a high swell after the
BMW. But I do feel more relaxed after a high mileage trip in the Volvo. The
BMW just encourages me to go faster, faster, especially round corners. The
    Volvo doesn't.

Talking about intelligence, I expected a comment a bit more elaborate here.
Just for your information, my current car is a Mitsubishi Lancer. It looks
like there are a lot of clichés in some English minds.
