    Best Repair Book?

Outside of the factory books, what is the best repair book I can get
    for a 2002 Tacoma 4x4?

Just asked this question myself. Try techinfo.toyota.com. Update your
copy of Adobe Acrobat to 6.0.1, there's an issue with the 6.0 Adobe
version that was recently fixed that allows you to read the PDFs.

So, can you pretty much get the entire manual? Do you have to do it a PAGE
    at a time?

    It's expensive at $10 a day.

10 dollars per day? It must be pretty nice for that price.

Get a Chiltons manual - most everything the average doit yourself mechanic
    can
    ask for.

Not by page, but by section. There's a lot of sections, but if you take the
time you can probably get it all.
