Dodge: Attaching a roof rack

We recently bought a 2003 Grand Caravan and by a bad twist of fate,
our deal came without a roof rack. This weekend I'm going to the
boneyard for some parts for my project car and I thought I'd scout out
some racks while I was there.

Has anyone had any experience installing these? Are there any sub
roof supports that are on rack equipped vans that aren't on rack
deletes?

I imagine I could figure the attachment method out when I get there.
Any input would be appreciated.

Do you have to remove the headliner? How about leaks? Clearly the
roof is penetrated, what keeps water out?
