Corvette: another "whatzizthing?"

So, there is a nice 3 point strap thingy for the
cargo area (hah! my wallet fills that space) in
my 75 coupe. It's obvious how to use it, but I can't see
any practical use for it. Something to do with the tops?
inquiring minds want to know.

Yup it's a strap for the t tops for storage inside of the vette.

On another note, I've found a place that makes t top luggage rack brackets
(and straps) for use with C 3 vettes that have luggage racks! Even for
luggage racks without the pins in them, like the stainless steel racks! I
have a pair of the original and a pair of these, and the new ones are a
whole lot better! They sell for appx. $189.00 Anyway if interested, let me
know and I'll find the address/ ph.no, web page, etc....
I know I've got it around here somewhere!
