Can you take the drums off? If you can then you can learn what todo. Take
the drum off, and either at the top or bottom there should be a star wheel.
Find a way to remove it, and lubricate it. Pt the drum back on. on the
Backing plate, there should be a small plug. Remove it. Stick a scre driver
in there, and while turning the wheel, turn the star wheel until there is
    slight drag on the wheel.

    Any questions?

    Re: ADjusting Rear Brakes

After adjusting to a slight drag you need to back the starwheel off about
six clicks. If you don't the brakes will drag and heat up. The correct way
to adjust today is to measure the inside diameter of the drum and then
adjust the shoes to the clearance specified by the service manual. From
there the brakes will auto adjust themselves. Read the manual for your car
for the method used on it.
