Jeep: AC on MAX does not blow well

2000 Grand Cherokee V-8. When I have temp set at Lo, fan high, A/C
and Recirculate on, set for dash vents, in this 90+ weather, it just
doesn't feel like it is blowing much. When I turn recirculate off,
you can feel the cold air blast through the vents. Two dealers have
said everything is fine, but it ISN'T. Any suggestions for what else
to look for?

you've got a leak in the vacuum hose which controls the door for the recirc
air......search it out....
