What's on your mind?
I think the Coupe/Spider successor is all but fatally overdue.

The latest FORZA arrived today, complete with spy photos of the 2006
Maserati Coupe/Spider pair.
Based on the Quattroporte, they are both going to be wider, longer,
heavier. ...No doubt trying to compete with Mercedes' CL and SL
offerings, only without the preposterous torque nor the Swabian fetish
for excruciatingly executed minutia.
Why aren't they first concentrating on kicking BMW's sterile, fat ass,
I ask yet again?
....Arrivederci Maserati, yet again.

Just now looking ... the current Maserati offerings (spider/corsica)
look quite appealing ... but I've never read anything about them. Why
are they going for 1/2 price with < 10k miles ? Is there some dark
secret out there ?

The earlier cars had some bugs, although there are
software updates for the Cambiocorsa models that
fix the worst of it. It seems to be the Jaguar Syndrome.
Jag had the worst reputation for reliability for so long
that even now when the cars are much better a used
Jag is super cheap compared to new one. Maserati
was an unknown quantity when they returned to the US
and once early tales of balky trannies and electrical glitches
reared their ugly heads the used market plunged. I think an '02
or '03 model will be a screaming bargain in another year or so.
They're already cheap for what they are, but another year of
experience fixing the early quirks should allow the service side
of things to get much better.
....and they _sound_ absolutely awesome.
