Nissan: 97 Altima Throttle Position Sensor?

I have a 1997 Nissan Altima. When its cold outside (below 30F) it runs
fine. When its above 30 F it acts as if it is not getting enough fuel when
I am traveling between 40-55mph.

Any ideas?

It needs to be hooked up to a scanner and diagnosed. Otherwise it's just
stabbing in the dark.
