96 Neon headgasket problems/MLS gasket busted

I hope some folks here have done their own MLS headgaskets before on
    their Neons.......To make a long story short I got a 96 with a blown
gasket 109k mi and replaced it with an MLS gasket, new headbolts ect.
I've worked on many cars used to be a helper at GM dealers.
Anyhow I had the head machined and rebuilt (maily valves/seals & milled
flat) and torqued it all to spec. The first time I started up the car,
10 min or so after it reaches operating temperature, the MLS gasket also
blows just the same way the old one did, some amount of time. Oil gets
into coolant, and the reserve tank bubbles like crazy. I am beginning to
wonder if the block cracked? The head supposedly had no cracks per my
machine shop. Does anyone have a last ditch fix? The only one I can
think if right now is to de torque all headbolts and retorque them
again. Any HELP! & experience is appreciated, thanks.
