96 GC - leaking master cylinder

My 96 Grand Caravan 3.3's master cylinder appears to be leaking fluid. From
the shop manual, it looks like the problem is probably one or more of the
seals at the filler neck, the reservior to the cylinder, or the cylinder to
    the vacuum port.

Any idea if this is a common problem and about how much $ to fix? Thanks.

I would replace the master cyl, it is relatively cheap and easy to do, im
not sure if you can get just the seals thru Chrysler, but if you do get a MC
make sure you tell them ABS or No ABS brakes
