Chrysler: 96 Caravan - Accessory Plug Rewire

I want to change my accesory plugs over to be constantly on, not
switched by the ignition switch. It appears that there is a dummy relay
that replaces the CIG/ACCY relay that would accomplish this. Is this
true and has anyone just jumpered out the contacts?

There is a small plug-in relay that you can get at a Chrysler Corp. dealer.
You remove the original relay, plug in the new one, and then the power
outlets will stay on. It is a small cheap part. It does not seem wise to
jump wires in this case.
