95 maxima se terrible front end shake at 50mph?

Maxima has a terrible shake at 50 and gets worse the faster you go.
Feels like the front end is going to fall off!! Shakes worse if I turn
wheel to left as Im going 50mph and up. Cv joints are fine and struts
dont bounce either?? Sounds like metal hitting metal very quickly. Ball
    joints? Thanks Nel

And make sure your lugnuts are tight.

PS I wouldn't drive it if the car is that rough.

Check the upper strut mounts. Position yourself where you can see the strut
top bolt and bounce the car. If there is any movement at all, the mount is
    bad.

Check the inner tie rod ends and the lower ball joints.

That would be my guess. I had one go bad a long time ago (rt front of 95
SE). I tried 3 times to get my dealer to look at it and they never did
anything, even when I told them that a right front wheel was loose when
jacked up. I finally took it to an independent garage, and by then the
bearing had eaten into the axle and required replacement of hub assembly.

I was also told at one time that one of my lower control arm bushings was
migrating (apparently squishing out of place). That was not noticeable in
driving, but I had lower control arms replaced while replacing struts.
