Dodge: 92 spirit headlights always on

92 spirit, yesterday the headlights decided to stay on always. I pulled
the fuses and the lights are still on, where would I find a fuse for the
daylight running lights? The lights have never been always on with the
ignition switch before. Could it the light switch?
Any help would be great!

I have found out that it's the daytime running light relay buy I can't
find it. I check all of the relays on the left fender, and looked for it
behind the fuse panel. I was told that it's round with 3 connectors,
is this right?
