Chrysler: 89 dodge dynasty 3.0L

hi guys,

i'm tring to solve an oil pressure problem. My scale shows no oil
presssure or just 1/3 at the begiining and drop to 1/5 of the scale. I
remeber that it is usually 2/3 when cold and goes to 1/3 when hot.

What i did so far is, i put a new oil pressure sensor and i cleaned the
oil suction hose in the pan. I found some paper like pieces. I clean, and
it starts to show 1/3 more often but did not help alot. I check the valves
if they get proper oil and they all show they are getting some and in my
idea enough to say everything works fine.

Any experience on this subject are welcome.

is it easy to change the pump on 3.0L engines. I hope not the take the
engine off the car to do it.
