Jeep: 88 Cherokee XJ Laredo Rear Quarter Panel Replacement?

i have an 88 XJ Laredo...was hit & runned last weekend... smashed the
rear quarter panel (driver side)....it definitely appears to be a much
different/harder job than replacing a front quarter panel.....i have a
replacement quarter panel, but trying to get a rough budget number on
the cost to remove the existing one and replace with the new one (or
if anyone has any experience, how many hours estimated)...no painting
required. thanks.
