Ford Mustang: 76 Cobra II Rear Louvers anywhere?

Hello All. I'm helping my son redo a 76 Cobra II.
He is interested in getting rear louver. If I remember there was some that
mounted with a hinge for ease of cleaning. I saw some aftermarkets but they
glue on. Also I lost one of the side louvers and now am wondering what is
the best adhesive to use to put them back on. Thanks in advance. Tim.

I used to own a '76 Cobra II that had the louvers you are
referring to. Mine had four flat pieces of steel that had
a screw through them. The thin four flat pieces of steel
actually fit between the glass and the rubber window moulding
on the hatchback and were just pushed in place. After the
louver was lowered over the four pieces, the small thumbscrews
held the louver in place. I'm sure this was factory. Maybe
the hinge system that you are referring to was factory also.
I don't know where these are available, but a similar setup
could be made yourself. There wasn't much to these.
