Corvette: 73 ragtop with shoulder harness option

I am in the process of restoring the interior of my 73 convertible.
When I pulled the carpet and pad from the rear fenders I found
the mounting points where the shoulder harness retractors bolt down.
The lines that run on top of the frame rail at that point are curved to
keep the bolt from smashing them, so it all appears to be from the factory.
There were no rear 1/4 panel trim pieces and replacement seatbelts when
I got the car, so I can't get any help from that end.

If anyone knows, did all convertibles come with the mounting points
installed
or only those with the shoulder harness option?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I looked into them today and found that there was
just a thin layer of body filler sealing the hole.
I cleaned it out and ran a chase throught the bolt to get rid of any filler
in the threads. I'll change out the necessary hardware
for the seats when I recover them.
