Lexus: 45000 mile checkup ES300 2001

Maybe a dumb ? but should I have this done at the dealer or a reputable
mechanic?

If you're the original owner and have always had the dealer do your
service, then Lexus maintains a computer record, available nationwide at
any Lexus dealer, attesting to this fact. This is one of the components of
a Lexus certified used car.

Otherwise, have whoever you want do it.
