BMW: 323i Trim

Well I was taking off the silver trim piece on the rear driver's side door,
and of course I broke a couple of the plastic "thingys" that go in the door.
There are about 5 of them, they pop in the door and they hold a little metal
peg for the trim to clip onto. Did I describe that correctly? In any
event, I'm trying to find where I can get some new plastic "thingys". Any
ideas? Thanks for the help,
