2004 XtraCab or 2004 DblCab?
Thinking of taking the 2.9% while the promo is still around.
MSRP vs invoice? Where does the dealer get their profit?
2004 XtraCab or 2004 DblCab? Hmmm ... shorter bed.
Been looking but can't find any comments on:
Vehicle stability control (and vs TRD with locking rear pinion)
4 speed electronically controlled transmission with overdrive

you can fit more in the bed of a xtra cab, you can fit more people in the
dbl cab. choose what you need and go for it.
i'd not get the trd model (too much hype and overpriced gear). get a 4x4 SR5
(auto trans if you like auto), get more oomph with a Apline blower (trd if
you want warranty), a LC Engineering header, replace oem muffler with a
magnaflow, swap out shocks with Bilsteins, replace the rear with a PowerTrax
"NoSlip" diff.
the extras will run approx $4k not installed. one killer truck you would
have !!!

Tundra or Taco?
Taco, you're right.
The doublecab Tundra has the same bed length as the access cab, but
it's 4" deeper.
For the Taco, maybe wait for an '05. It will be inveiled in April.
