Dodge: 2004 Dodge Caravan stalling

2004 Dodge Caravan stalling
I have a 2004 Dodge Grand Caravan V6 3.3L engine that has recently
started to stall and sputter. The check engine light started coming
on. The van only has 17,000 Miles on it and I fully intend on bringing
into the Dealer in the morning, however I am curious what the Codes
might mean that are being displayed when I turn the key on and off a
few times.
They display the following
P0300 0300 and later in the day these codes were followed by a 0700
It kind of sputters at low speed and will clear up at times, but then
start to stall at various speeds.
When I popped the hood, I saw a large build up of corrosion on the
Positive battery terminal. I did clean it off and reconnected with
little improvement to the problem.... In fact that is when the check
engine light started flashing and I when I check the codes, that is
when it started to show the 0700 code. After it displays these codes,
the check engine light flashes 10 times.
I did notice that the problem is magnified when I start the engine and
turn on as many accessories as possible (lights, A/C, wipers, Radio,
Submersible chainsaw.....err scrap that last one).
Since this puppy is still under warranty, I plan on letting the
professionals break it first rather than me when I am in one of my Mad
Scientist "I can fix it my self....Ooops" Modes.....
Any insite into what I might expect to hear from the Service
department would be appreciated (I always hate it when I walk into
these places with that "Fleece Me" pinned to my forehead.........

Re: 2004 Dodge Caravan stalling
You have a mutilple cyl misfire code, I dont think it has anything to do
with the corosion on the Battery terminals.Whenever the check engine lite
flashes.....that means there is a posibility of catalytic convertor damage
and needs attention now

I would expect to hear that "we'll get that fixed right up for ya". It's
under warranty, and they can't "fleece" you.
