Toyota: 2004 4runner rebates and invoice price?

Hello,

I have decided to get a 2004 4runner in the next few months and i'm
wondering when the best time to buy is? I'm thinking November to
January time frame b/c I think thats when the best deals are. Just
some questions?

1. Where can I find information on Toyota's rebates and what kind of
rebates can be expected on the 04 model? I am planning on buying
either in Nebraska or in Mississippi. I saw on edmunds.com that there
was a $2500 dollar rebate in Mississippi for the end of year 03's, and
whenever they kick in for the 04s I will buy I think.

2. Whats the best way to get the invoice price or lower. I know they
have holdbacks of 2% off MSRP, so if I can get some of that that would
be awesome. I know that buying on the last day of the month helps, and
I know of sites like CarsDirect.com. Is that the best way?
