Hyundai: 2003 Sonata Temp Control Question

Hello Group!


Due to my worsened arthritis in my hands, I am having a hard time just
trying to turn the control knobs for the temperature fans and controls. I've
noticed in some Sonata models like the gls or lx have the controls that are
push button. Is it possible for my car to have this feature installed. Is
the temp controls something I can have replaced or is it a done deal? I have
a 2003 Sonata GL. Thanks for your time group!

I'd guess somewhere in the range of $2000 for the control head, all the
sensors and installation, and that's only if all the wiring is present and
if it can be done. (Keep in mind, almost anything can be done for a
price). For that kind of money, it may be more worthwhile to trade for a
car with automatic climate control.
