2003 Pilot
Any reasons not to get a first year 2003 Pilot?

Re: 2003 Pilot
There were some issues with the early ones, but if it's made recently,
it should be as good as a 2004. Mine was made in 08/03 and has no
problems.

I only have heard or read great things about it. Since it's under
warranty--you don't have to worry during the first year. If you are a
worrier--like lots of people--get a long term warranty. I think that it's
called Honda Care or something like that. If you are not a worrier--don't
worry about it. It just seems that Murphy Law can kick in at any time.

Re: 2003 Pilot
Should I find anything at all amiss with my Honda Pilot (6000+ miles, so
far), I'll be sure to post. Honda appears to be atop their field; no reason
why they couldn't get it right the first time...I'd say. I'm impressed!

Re: 2003 Pilot
Mine is one year old this month. 24k, daily commutes, as well as in
snow. or pulling boat in mountains. I've never had a problem with it.
Great car. Only complaint: mileage is not as good as claimed. I
average only 18--19mpg on the highway
