How can I reset the "Service Vehicle Soon" Light
without the radio, the radio was stolen

Probably reset it with a OBDII reader/writer. I forgot to mention
that many auto parts stores, Advance Auto Parts comes to mind,
have a free OBDII reader, you just leave them your drive license, go
outside, plug it in, start the engine and read the code,
then reset the code.
