Honda: 2003 ACCORD NAV EX L

Anyone else have a problem that many streets and fast foods, gas stations,
etc that are 20 years old don't even appear in the NAV system. I can
understand if the street is only 5 years old or so. Any guarantees the new
DVD is any fresher or worth the bucks?
