Corvette: 2000 Conv tire recommendations?

Just traded my 1987 Conv for a 2000 Conv that needs tires soon. Should I
replace with Goodyear Eagles or some other tire?

I replaced the Eagles on my '94 convertible this Spring with Firestone
Firehawks. I'm VERY happy with them and looking forward to seeing if they
last as long as said by several folks who've posted get ~40k plus miles from
a set. Smoother, quieter ride and and, so far, they hold the road like
they're covered with glue. Don't know if you've got run-flats on the 2000
or not but the Firehawks do have a run-flat version, I'm told.
