fluid, smell it. If it smells burnt, you have a major problem.
If it's empty, 1. Put some fluid in. 2 get down on your knees, 3. Pray,

1998 Mazda 626
A question for the experts. When i place the vehicle into drive or
reverse, it will not move. The engines starts fine and all the electrical
components work. When you press the gas in drive or reverse, the vehicle
just sits there. Does anyone have any possible symptoms?

just a note if trans fluid level is ok the if vehicle will not move in
forward or reverse then the torque converter is stripped
