Rear trunk mounted one? Remove top ferrul nut (pliers with rubber/cloth
protector). Pop plastic clips in trunk holding carpet. The one or 2 10MM
bolts holting bracket. If it doesn't go up or down but motor whirs you
probably need to replace the $30 mast assembly. Once ferrul nut is removed
turn on car/radio and the mast should come out or can be gently pulled out.

If you replace ust the mast, be sure to notice which way the teeth on the
old mast are pointing. This way you know which way to insert the new mast.
Turn the radio on, mast and threader "tape" comes out. Leave the radio on,
insert new mast with the teeth of the "tape" facing the same way as the old
one. Have someone turn the radio off. This will turn the motor on in the
opposite direction to draw the new antenna mast back in.
