Hyundai: 1995 Accent

Can anyone tell me if the 95 Accent is OBD-II compliant or which type
of scantool would work with it, Possibly is there a way to get any
codes without the use of a scan tool ?

I don't know of anything that will work except the Hyundai scanner.
